M\u00e9langer dans une casserole:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un 1\/2 litre de lait<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;agar agar<\/li>\n<li>6 carr\u00e9s de chocolat p\u00e2tissier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, verser dans des ramequins (pour ma part j&rsquo;utilise un moule en silicone), laisser refroidir et mettre au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Peut-on mettre moins de chocolat et de sucre? Doit-on rajouter le chocolat apr\u00e8s avoir port\u00e9 le reste \u00e0 \u00e9bullition? Est-il de bon ton de rajouter un peu de mort aux rats et du venin de cobra?
